Yeah, it’s going the same…still not too careful about the lunch…but all that is going to change.
I went the farmer’s market and grocery shopping finally after what seems like so many months so now, I can bring lunch. I’m going to bring lunch tomorrow!!! I’ll make a salad and probably have some soup. That still doesn’t sound like I’m being careful, but…the way I eat salads, it’s okay. I’m weird because I don’t absolutely need dressing, not even one smidge. So that should work out well. So that’s practically no calories, because I won’t have any fats except maybe some hemp seed oil. Not too much because I prefer the salad plain. I just want to try out hemp seed oil, since it’s supposed to be good for you.
I’ll also have some fruit. I can’t believe it when people get all upset about fruit and carbs and sugars and crap like that. It’s FRUIT peoples…It’s absolutely meant to be food and the most efficient thing for our bodies to process…(which I read somewhere, or learned in Bio in high school.) I believe a diet that doesn’t accommodate for fruit is a diet that should hang its head in shame. FOR SHAME!!!!!
Okay whatever…I’m tired. Farmer’s market was fun. I got some mate. And I am really thrilled. I think it’s a good coffee alternative. I also went to People’s market and got my own membership…and got lots of beautiful veggies, which I intend to eat raw. I’m not a raw-foodist or anything, I just prefer veggies raw instead of cooked. Tastes better to me.
Enough. I must drink my shake now and prepare for tomorrow.
